Cowfish invites you to an unforgettable evening celebrating the best of Long Island wine and cuisine.

Throughout the night, guests will taste selections from six award-winning Long Island vineyards while enjoying an abundant culinary experience crafted by our executive chefs. As you explore the space, you’ll enjoy a continuous flow of passed bites that highlight Cowfish favorites alongside exclusive dishes created just for this event. In addition, thoughtfully curated tasting moments will unfold throughout the evening.

To start, expect freshly shucked oysters and an artisanal grazing table. Next, savor an array of passed bites, from caviar-forward small plates to crab fritters finished with harissa aioli. The experience continues with our famous Cowfish Pastrami and concludes with a sweet dessert finish.

Meanwhile, live music by Paris Ray sets the tone for this relaxed, walk-around tasting event. Set right on the water in Hampton Bays, the evening is designed to be shared with friends.
